Short Brief:

Hi,

I have been freediving basically all my life, although I have only been doing so as a sport for around ten years now.

I currently live in France, and I often move between the Parisian area, Britanny, and the French Riviera.

My current training depth is over 70 meters, and I feel I still can go deeper, given the occasion, and the time. Nevertheless, I have now oriented my freediving activities much more towards teaching, and helping others achieve their freediving goals.

I can teach any aspect of depth freediving, be it equalization, technique, relaxation, etc. I also have acquired a solid knowledge when it comes to pool freediving.

I have had the honor of being able to help several of the current members of the French AIDA depth team on some of their training sessions, and I have very much enjoyed those experiences. Would do it again, whenever, wherever.

I can speak French, of course, but I am also fluent in English, as well as in Spanish.
