AIDA International has officially ratified the women`s Free Immersion (FIM) World Record of 103 meters, set by Sanda Delija on May 4, 2025 in Mabini, Philippines.

In line with AIDA`s commitment to clean sport and adherence to WADA testing rules and standards, all performances at AIDA competitions that exceed existing world records undergo mandatory doping control. Records are only officially recognized after the laboratory test results are received and verified.

The AIDA World Records register has now been updated on the official AIDA website and Sanda Delija’s name is now permanently part of freediving world record history.

AIDA International extends its congratulations to Sanda Delija on this outstanding accomplishment.
