Application Request for Customer Support Position

Scope:

Customer support management services consist of responding to requests coming from the AIDA community or from outside and include internal collaboration with the board and the committees.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in MS Office software
  • Knowledge of the AIDA rules, system, and community
  • Familiarity with Freshdesk, prefered

Role competencies:

  • Good English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great problem-solving abilities
  • Attentive and can understand the needs of clients

Responsibilities:

  • Answer emails and social media messages promptly in English
  • Manage the Instructor renewal process 
  • Notify the AIDA community about upcoming events and news
  • Other administrative tasks

Schedule:  Flexible

Location: Remote (home office)

Contract value: 750 Euro/month
