For the organization of the 2021 Depth WC, AIDA is searching collaborators able to help with the following set of items:

1)    LOCAL LAW

-       Check if AIDA can organize an event in the respective country and in what conditions 

-       List the eventual incompatibilities between the Local law/practices and the AIDA rules

2)    DIVE SPOT CONDITIONS

-       water temperatures, depth, underwater currents, usual weather conditions

-       distance to the shore, distance to the hospital and hyperbaric chamber, distance to the main hotel

3)    INFRASTRUCTURE AND LOGISTICS 

-       Availability and cost for dive platform, platform equipment (ropes, counter ballast, sonar, etc) and taxi boats

-       Lodging and food options (hotels, air b&b, etc.): capacity, costs and distance to the dive spot. Available facilities for event committees, jury room, doping test, opening and closing ceremony

-       transfers to the airport and traveling options 

4)    FIND SPONSORING 

5)    LOCAL COORDINATION 

-       Search and coordinate local volunteers

-       Coordinate taxi boat drivers and eventual shuttle drivers

-       Support AIDA in the relation with the local authorities
