Safety plan:
There will more than likely be two medics at the event (we are waiting confirmation of one more)
A doctor will be on standby and alerted to this competition in case of a serious emergency
A taxi driver will be on standy for emergency transport to the local hospital (unless the private hospital is requested by athlete)
The trip to the private hospital is 12 mins according to google maps (4.7km), we will give a leeway of 15/16mins maximum from the hotel to the hospital
Oxygen with correct regulators will be present and available at the venue (sponsored by Dahab Freedivers)
A more comprehensive safety plan will be developed by the chief of safety, and present at the request of any athlete
