In memory of our friend Philippe \\`Philplouf\\` Desitter, one of the great driving forces behind AIDA Belgium (1999-2018),
vice-chairman, master instructor, judge and former president of the freediving committee LIFRAS.
The event is also meant to relaunch Belgian competitions. Maximum athletes is 15/ discipline.

In water safety team to perform diver recovery, bring to side of pool and perform BTT.
Hand over to medic for rescue breaths/CPR as needed. If diver still unconscious after 1 min,
emergency evac plan to be activated.
