Casualties will be evacuated by ambulance to the nearest medical facility (Singapore General Hospital) right next to the pool via ambulance.
Safety diver is first responsible for maintaining safety of the athletes in the water and rescuing them out of the water.
Medic on-site will first be responsible to provide BCLS and first-aid. Safety diver can assist.
