DYN, DYNB 2 safety divers per lane swimming, just behind athlete.
If an incident occurs airways are secured above water, Tap Talk Blow is started
if diver is BO .. if no response ..diver is removed to poolside , Medic takes
control and administers O2. If no response after 30 seconds an ambulance
