Safety Qualifications:
2* head safety divers, both of whom are active members in the local freediving community & well experienced.
The safety team will be guided and led by the 2 head safety divers
Safety plan:
Every competition lane will have a dedicated safety lane next to it, for sole use by the safety diver. Due to the pool length
being 25 meters. At a minimum, there will be 1 active safety diver accompanying the competitive diver at all times.
Additional safety support will be available if needed.
The medic will have a designed spot, as close as possible to the competition lanes and will be available to render immediate
assistance, as required.
