Held at Snohomish Aquatic Center, this is a great course for anyone that wants to try freediving, but is not sure they want to take a full beginner course. This will introduce you to the magic of breath holds and a new way to experience being underwater. You'll learn about how to keep yourself and your buddy safe.
At the end of the course, you should be able to decide if you would like to become more invested in free diving and purchase your own set of gear. At that point, you can decide whether or not to take a multi-day course. You will have enough information to safely dive within 10 m (33ft)
