$800 - Theory via Zoom on Thursday, May 30th. Pool training June 1 & 2. Open water training June 7-9.
For people looking to advance depth, time, distance, scientific understanding, safety skills and technique. New skills will include
Freefall, FRC and advanced planning and training techniques. This is an advanced course for freedivers who are experienced and
comfortable in the water and own their own gear. To achieve the targets of this course it is important that your gear feels like an
extension of your body. Most other agencies do not teach pool training that you will learn in this course. You will leave the course
understanding how to safely train in pools and open water, how to set up training programs, and the risks and benefits associated
with each training session. You will leave empowered with your own skills and how to be a great and safe buddy.
