A freediving course for people new to freediving or looking to gain additional knowledge. The course includes a Friday evening pool session and lecture and a line dive in Lake Washington the following morning. There is a minimum requirement of 3 students to run the course and a maximum of four participants per course.
Course prerequisites: Be 18 years of age or older (16 w/guardian consent) swim at least 100m non-stop on surface without fins (while breathing).
