Have an AIDA instructor, have taken the AIDA safety course, or have a DAN oxygen provider instructor.
Safety plan:
Two safety guards will be stationed on the course next to the competition course,
a first aid team will be stationed at the poolside, and oxygen, stretchers, and AEDs will be available at the poolsideLand-based lifeguards will be stationed in static areas to ensure buddies are always present.
Lifeguards will be stationed at the poolside start and turnaround points to ensure safety.
The hospital is about 8 minutes by car (approximately 4.5 km).
