Safety plan:
Counter weight, speed boat with lifeguards, CPR and O2 Kits: 5 minutes to shore evacuation. Standby evcuation car at the shore: 10 minutes to hospital. Hospital with hyperbaric chamber. The hospital is informed of the event and agrees tpo take care of eventual victims.
