En el mes de septiembre se realizará un taller de apnea multivel con el apneista Carlos Coste. En este taller se trabajará dinámica, peso constante, gym, relajación.

surfing AIDA and trying to get my old laptop in a state to be able to sell it for a fair ammount! I has a 3GHz processor and a 1600x1200pixel screen so still very nice to work with but I have troubles managing 3 keyboards at 1 time so he has to go.....

Sleep, eat, sleep, eat, etc and maybe test AIDA's new website? It seems to work very well and features are added more and more so YEAH things look good here!
