I am just a regular swimmer, which always swim 2-3 times a week, as an activity besides my routine job as an employee. I really want to have fit body condition while dive in the pool. so far, I still have no idea how should i hold my breath longer in the deep. after i see AIDA on a website, seem that i meet something that can teach me how to make my dream come true! I am Indonesian, I live in Jakarta. so.. is it possible for me to have let say... a bit education by send me an e-mail in how to be a good diver? Please..
