- Hi, I'm Diana. I am new to the ideas of apnea, and freediving, yet by no means am a newbe in the ocean. I have been a junior lifeguard since I was 8 years old, then a beach lifeguard for 8 years. I love bodysurfing. I'm a happily single mom with two daughters, ages 16 and 12, who are good kids and both strait A students. Freediving has become an obsession, and I am a "Wanna-be" freediving instructor.
