the stade olympique just as me to leave the pool because the don't like 50 m under water. they say you get out.

i just did 90 meters dynamic in a pool. and i start to be a lettle big scary , people look in the pool and dont care anemore about me they no i am good for here. so whath realy appening when you have a black out?? do we have any body alert or feeling .?? i start to enderstand free diving is not about time but about be one whith the water. getting inside me and relaxing. can someone teach more?????

trainning for my AIDA Instructor course! been many years willing for that to happen.

jaimerai savoir a partir de quel phase de lapnee le danger de block out est le plus elever. je pratique le pranayama pour la respiration. mon probleme est que jai peur d entrer dans la phase de travail debut des contractions qui debute a 2 minute . je suis semi statique a 12pied et 2.5livre autour du cou cest le deal avec les lifguard. puije entre en phase de travail sans trop de risque....
