Record Attempts

Much of the modern history of freediving is dominated by freedivers who set about redefining the limits in freediving and achieving world record times, distances and depths.

AIDA International recognise and authenticate world records in the AIDA disciplines of freediving. AIDA International also provide regulations for athletes and organisers to adhere to that ensures the safety of the athlete during the record attempt.
